Mr. Keith, an associate in the firm, holds a B.S. in Specialized Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.
During his time at the University of Illinois, he performed independent research involving micro fluidics and chemical kinetics resulting in an Undergraduate Thesis entitled “An On-Demand Source of Superoxide in Aqueous Solution at Near Biologic pH.”
Mr. Keith is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Keith has experience prosecuting patent applications primarily in the mechanical and chemical arts, including such areas as sporting equipment, polymer remediation, dielectric films, thin-film capacitors, and acoustic levitation.
Mr. Keith is also experienced in trademark prosecution.
